The Team

The Way Inn is comprised of young former travelers who envisioned an alternative lifestyle to the nine-to-five option and went about building a dream up in the Andes, away from it all. The staff is made up of a small team of full time natives and a constantly changing team of traveling volunteers who assume key roles in the hospitality, sustainability and construction departments. There’s always a happy, helpful, friendly face around to answer your questions, hear of your adventures and share travel stories.

The Way Inn is situated in one of the last gardens of eden left on this world. Untouched and unspoiled….only it needs more tending to. What a luxury these days to have views unobstructed by highrises or a sea of roofs. Here, there is so much eye candy you are spoilt for choice, beauty on every side.
